How much is the shipping fee?

*Business days are Mondays to Fridays, Holidays not included.

How long is shipping lead time?
For ZOO Clothing, shipping is 10-12 business days (Monday-Friday) from date of purchase.

Shipping lead time refers to the number of days it would take for a package to leave our warehouse. If a customer requests for early delivery and his/her request cannot be accommodated, no refunds will be given.

How long is delivery time?

Please expect possible delays in delivery due to high volume of orders we have been receiving. Thank you for understanding.

FORCE MAJEURE
ZOO LABEL will not be liable for any delay or failure in shipping due to any of the following causes beyond the company’s control: acts of God, accidents, riots, war, terrorist act, epidemic, pandemic, quarantine, lockdown, breakdown of web host, breakdown of internet service provider, civil commotion, government acts, fire, natural catastrophes etc. If ZOO Label suspends its operations due to Force Majeure, no refunds will be given and processing of orders and shipping will resume as soon as the unforeseen event is over.

Pick up instructions will be sent to your email when your order is ready for pick up. Please wait for our email notification before booking a courier and picking up your order.
