What's the process for international orders?
For international orders, orders should be submitted through the ZOO website www.zoo.com.ph and payment should be made through PAYPAL right after submitting your order. WESTERN UNION and BANK TRANSFER are also accepted. We deliver international orders through DHL and shipment may take 10-12 business days. We will send all shipping and tracking details through email so you can track your package. If a customer requests for early delivery and his/her request cannot be accommodated, no refunds will be given. We have a no return, no exchange policy for international orders.
