What is ZOO’s return and exchange policy?
ZOO allows exchanges (to another size or style) provided the item bought will be returned within three days from delivery and in good condition unworn and undamaged, with its original tag and packaging. Items can be exchanged with on hand items only, not made to order items, subject to availability.
The following items are final and may not be returned or exchanged: Accessories, Sale Items, Made-to-Order Items, Altered Items, Swimwear.
Shipping costs will be shouldered by the buyer.
ZOO only allows exchanges, no returns or refunds will be accepted once order has been paid for.
