How do I choose an item I want to order?

Select a category from the left hand menu.
Click a product you would like to view in greater detail. Once you click a product, you will be able to see the product details, price, pictures, and product availability.
If you want to order a product, click the product, select the size you want to order, then click the “ADD TO BAG” button. The item will automatically be placed in your shopping bag.
“CONTINUE SHOPPING” if you wish to order more items. If you are done shopping, click “CHECK OUT”.

How do I submit an order?

After selecting the items you want to order, click “CHECK OUT”.
Fill out the form with your personal details, and your preferred mode of payment and delivery.
If you are ready to settle payment within 3 working days, click “SUBMIT ORDER”.
Please do not submit an order if you are not 100% sure of purchasing the items and if you are not ready to settle payment within three working days.

How will I know if ZOO has received my order and if my order is confirmed?

Once we receive your order, we will send you a text message within 24 hours to confirm your order and to give you the payment details.
If you did not receive a confirmation message from ZOO within 24 hours, please order again or inquire if we received your order.
