Order

How do I choose an item I want to order?

  • Select a category from the left hand menu.
  • Click a product you would like to view in greater detail. Once you click a product, you will be able to see the product details, price, pictures, and product availability.
  • If you want to order a product, click the product, select the size you want to order, then click the “ADD TO BAG” button. The item will automatically be placed in your shopping bag.
  • “CONTINUE SHOPPING” if you wish to order more items. If you are done shopping, click “CHECK OUT”.
How do I submit an order?

  • After selecting the items you want to order, click “CHECK OUT”.
  • Fill out the Check Out form with your personal details, and your preferred mode of payment and delivery.
  • If you are ready to settle payment within 2 working days (48 hours from submitting the form, not including Saturdays and Sundays), click “SUBMIT ORDER”.
  • Please do not submit an order if you are not 100% sure of purchasing the items and if you are not ready to settle payment within 2 working days.
How will I know if ZOO has received my order and if my order is confirmed?
  • For local customers, once you submit your order online, your order is already confirmed and you may already proceed to payment. We will also send you a reminder via E-mail or Mobile Phone SMS regarding your order and payment details but you may already proceed to payment even before we send you the reminder.
  • For international customers, please wait for our E-mail before completing payment. We will E-mail you within 24 hours after submitting your order form, regarding your order confirmation, exact shipping fee and payment details.
